RECEPTION

Reception offers the following services free of charge:
Tourist information service, booking management for excursions or sports activities, taxi booking, wake-up service, luggage service (at limited times), deposit of valuables (on departure and arrival at the hotel and before disposing of the room), availability of computers (noble area of the hotel).

The following services* will be charged extra:
Currency exchange, safe hire, fax and photocopy service, water heater hire, hire of various items such as iron, etc. and laundry service, self-service washing machine and tumble dryer room.

Laundry bags are available at reception on request.

Check in: We inform you that on the day of arrival you will have your room at your disposal from 14:00 hours.

Check out: On the day of departure, you will have your room at your disposal until 12:00 hours. Depending on availability and with additional charge (check prices at reception) you can have your room until 18:00. There is a luggage room and you can use the showers and changing rooms in the swimming pool area free of charge (you can use the towels in your room).

FREE WIFI

The hotel offers you free WIFI service in all the accommodation units and in the public areas.

ROOM SERVICES

Daily cleaning, change of sheets twice a week and change of towels on request.
Additional pillow and blanket upon availability. Cot free of charge subject to availability.
Please note that the room cleaning service is from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Dear guests, if you have the sign “do not disturb” on the door at 13:30 we understand that you do not need the cleaning service (bath towels will be changed if desired).
The hotel has a maid service on duty from 15:00 to 23:00.

RESTAURANT AND BARS

Half board accommodation includes breakfast and dinner (or lunch) and full board accommodation includes breakfast, lunch and dinner.
All-inclusive accommodation includes the following services:
– Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet service.
– Snack service in the morning and in the afternoon (check timetable).
– Self-service drinks in the restaurant and white drinks served at the bar.
Prime drinks, espresso coffee or bottled mineral water are not included and must be paid for (see price list).

Hotel Restaurant (information and rules)

Offers a rich and varied buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Please dress appropriately, wet bathing clothes are not allowed in the restaurant.

– It is not allowed to take food out of the restaurant.
– Meal times are posted in the lifts and at the entrance to the restaurant, as well as on the information screen in the hotel lobby.
– Special diets upon prior notice (please inform reception on the day of arrival).
– As a courtesy on the day of departure or arrival we offer you a cold breakfast or dinner. In the case of a cold breakfast, please inform the guide.
– Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Terrace “La Pérgola”

The terrace “La Pérgola” offers you the possibility to enjoy your meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) in the open air with wonderful views (only in high season).

Bar “La Pérgola”

Main bar in summer, offering a wide selection of drinks. During the evening it turns into a relaxed terrace with ambient music to end the day.

Bars (information and rules)

No alcoholic beverages will be served to minors.
No more than four drinks will be served at any one time per person in the all-inclusive service.

FITNESS ROOM

There is a free fitness room, for its use please book in advance at reception. The use of the gym is at your own risk and always in accordance with the rules.
The use of the fitness area is not allowed for children under 18 years of age.

ENTERTAINMENT

Our multilingual entertainment team offers a daytime entertainment programme with sports activities for all ages and a mini club.

– You can consult the programme and timetable of the mini club on the information board in the hotel lobby and on the hotel’s internal TV channel.

CHILDREN’S PLAYGROUND, MINI CLUB, ACTIVITY AREA

The hotel has a large children’s playground with a mini-club and activity area.
Our entertainment team will carry out practically all daytime activities in this area of the hotel. Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times to access this area.
All sports activities will be supervised by a member of the entertainment team.

POOL AREA

Children’s pool and adult pool with massage fountains.
The use of inflatable objects is not allowed except those necessary for safety.
We remind you that the sun loungers in the pool cannot be reserved in advance.
The entertainment team will use the pool for occasional activities.
Please follow the pool timetable as well as the rules and regulations.
Swimming outside the lifeguard’s timetable is strictly forbidden.

TV AND READING ROOM

You have at your disposal a TV and reading room. The access of minors without adult supervision is not allowed.
Board games are available at reception.

WATER PARK “SPLASH SUR MENORCA”.

The Splash Sur Menorca water park has a large number of attractions for children and adults, spacious sunbathing areas and a large snack bar terrace.
For rules of use, prices and opening hours please consult the park ticket office.

TELEPHONE SERVICE

Internal service:
For calls between rooms dial 1 and the room number.
For calls from hotel rooms to Premium Suite units: Dial 16 and the suite or flat number.
For calls from Premium Suite units to hotel rooms: Dial 1 and the room number.
External service:
If you wish to use the telephone for external calls, please consult reception.
For external calls dial 0 to get the line and then the number.
For international calls dial 0 to get a line, then 00 for international network access and then without pause dial the country code, the city prefix (without the 0 except for Italy) and then the number you wish to contact.

TRANSPORT

The hotel offers a regular free shuttle service to the beach of Punta Prima (check timetables at reception).
The public bus stop that connects the hotel with the towns of San Luis and Mahón is located in front of the hotel.

VARIOUS

– We trust that your room will be to your complete satisfaction. If during your stay there is a breakdown, please contact reception (9).
– Please keep quiet in the rooms, corridors and common areas after 23.00 hours, in order to respect the rest of other guests.
– Minors must always be supervised by an adult during their stay at the hotel.
– Guests staying in the Premium Suite units with terrace area are kindly requested not to leave clothes outside during their absence.
– Please do not leave any leftover food in the rooms or in the hotel flats.
– Please do not feed animals inside the hotel complex.
– Footwear must be worn in all indoor areas of the hotel.
– Wet bathing clothes are not allowed in the indoor areas of the hotel.
– All guests on all-inclusive service must wear the appropriate bracelets.
– The hotel is not responsible for stolen valuables that have not been deposited in the hotel safe.
– Water is a scarce commodity in Menorca, please use it sparingly. If you wish to use your bath towels for more than one day, please leave them folded on the hanger.
